Comprehensive Wedding Planning Services
FULL PLANNING means having a wedding consultant dedicated solely to YOU and what is best for your upcoming wedding. From the moment you get engaged, you can count on us just like you would a close friend. We cover everything from conceptualization to design and delivery of wedding details. This includes documentation of marriage requirements, follow-ups, and submissions, along with canvassing, filtering, and booking suppliers. We manage everything from invitations to RSVP and guest list management, as well as creating a year's calendar and a wedding day timeline along with program execution. We’re here for you every step of the way.
PARTIAL PLANNING goes beyond just managing the day of the event. If you've already booked at least three major suppliers, set a wedding date, and possibly ordered some bridal items, you might be an ideal candidate for this option. Especially if you find yourself overwhelmed with too many ideas and opinions from well-meaning friends and family, this is where it can become a bit complicated. Many couples at this stage feel overwhelmed and can easily lose focus. A vision without concrete plans can be challenging, particularly with emotions running high. To help maintain your sanity during the planning process, we aim to meet you halfway. This service provides the extra assistance and support you may need, available up to eight months before your wedding.
ON THE DAY COORDINATION is designed for couples who have finalized their supplier bookings and orders. If you're seeking a team to compile your choices, meticulously study them, and create a comprehensive timeline to bring your vision to life on the big day, this package is perfect for you. After our final meeting, you can relax knowing that you will have peace of mind and be able to enjoy your own wedding as a guest! Our primary responsibilities on the day include maintaining order during bridal preparations, following the wedding itinerary, checking all deliveries and vendor setups, assisting and guiding guests, controlling the program flow, creating smooth transitions, addressing unexpected issues, maintaining a calm atmosphere, and most importantly, ensuring the bride and groom experience wedding bliss.
