PARTIAL PLANNING is so much more than just management on the day. With at least 3 major suppliers booked, a wedding date, and maybe with some color combinations and some bridal items already ordered, you may just be PERFECT for PARTIAL. Especially if you are now drowning with too many ideas and getting too many opinions from people who think they know better. This is where it actually gets a tid bit complicated. A lot of couples at this stage of planning gets overwhelmed and is eventually put off track. Having a vision without actual plans would be really difficult for you, plus, it's more challenging at this rate because emotions are involved. Saving your sanity during the planning process means meeting you halfway. With this service we will provide you with the extra help and support you may need as much as 8 months before the wedding.
ON THE DAY COORDINATION are for couples who have completed their supplier bookings and orders. If you are looking for a team of people who will compile your choices, carefully study and make a whole timeline to execute your vision on the day, this is the package that will make it happen. After your final meeting, it will allow you to to relax, have a peace of mind and be a guest at your own wedding! Our main role on the day is to MAINTAIN ORDER DURING BRIDAL PREPS, FOLLOW THE WEDDDING ITINERARY, CHECK ALL DELIVERIES & VENDOR SET-UP, ASSIST & MOVE PEOPLE, CONTROL THE FLOW OF THE PROGRAM, REGISTRATION & LINE-UP, CREATE SMOOTH TRANSITIONS, FILTER & SOLVE UNEXPECTED ISSUES, MAINTAIN A CALM AMBIANCE, and finally... MAKE SURE THE BRIDE & GROOM IS IN WEDDING BLISS.
